MAC Leather Wear aims for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
Customized or personalized items can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect or ,an error on our part.

Initiating a Return:

Reach out to our customer support team at via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason behind the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s)
Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

Exchanges:

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. If you desire a different item, color, or size, initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
